Miracle Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking an Experienced Parts Wholesale Salesperson to sell automotive parts to wholesale customers, including auto repair shops and dealerships. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and identify potential wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of automotive parts and their applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product developments, and new technologies.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers in selecting the right parts.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a wholesale environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
