Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service phone calls and contact customers
- Effectively communicate with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication- whether in person or via phone or email
- Manage Internet leads & respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
- Furnish information to customers about their request
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to build rapport
- Schedule & follow up with service customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management
- Able to multi-task when needed
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check with screening
- Driver’s license
