Your Purpose as a Shop Foreman:
- Responsible for assigning repair orders to technicians and escalating any problems or concerns to the Service Manager. Assists technicians in the proper and timely repair of vehicles.
- Assign repair orders to technicians.
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to the Service Manager.
- Maintain a high level of technician productivity.
- Monitor progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR six months year related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
