Job Description
Lasco Ford is seeking a top notch service professional with at least 1 year of success in automotive service, to take the role as a service advisor in our high-volume, state-of-the-art service center in Fenton, Michigan.
In this highly visible role, you will assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests - ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concerns, consults and follows up with customers on maintenance repairs, and reviews the root cause and corrective repair action with the customer during vehicle delivery.
Hours for this position range from 45-50.
