The Maintenance Department Technician will play a key role within the organization and its day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General maintenance in all Conicelli dealerships
- Maintain air compressors air hoses and reels in all service shops. Perform preventative maintenance on air compressors per PM schedule
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Ensure that all properties are in good shape both cosmetically and physically
- Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor
- Safely use power tools and other machinery to complete job tasks
- Operate company vehicles with a confident demeanor
- Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Basic mechanical building functions, hand and power tools, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving records.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The Maintenance Technician will work inside as well as outside all of our Locations.
- This is a physically demanding position.
- Will stand six to eight hours per shift, lift parts or supplies weighing up to 100 pounds several times during each shift, and use a lift, hoist, and test
- equipment as needed.
- S/He will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and handle, tools and equipment.
- S/He will use hand and power tools.
- S/He will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- The Maintenance Technician will be required to wear a dealership uniform at all times.
