Our business is growing! We are looking to add another accounting clerk to our Accounting Staff. This is a great opportunity to join our accounting team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with Microsoft applications to reconcile online sales accounts (Excel, Access)
- Make general ledger entries and adjustments
- Clean accounting schedules in preparation for month-end close
- Work with Accounting Manager and assist in many other accounting projects
- Handling deposits/receipts
- Processing return billing
Job Requirements
- Candidates should have a good customer service attitude and communication skills.
- Candidates should have experience with Excel and Word (Microsoft Access experience a plus).
- Must work well in a team environment
