Your purpose as an Electric Vehicle Technician:
- Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing of electric vehicles.
- Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Maintain and clean and neat work area
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a Service Technician REQUIRED.
- Automotive technical or trade school degree PREFFERED.
- Electric Vehicle experience PREFERRED.
- Audi/VW Electric Vehicle Certification PREFERRED
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good standing driving record.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- May be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of hazardous/non-hazardous materials.
