With the opening of our 13 acre 75,000 square foot facility, Subaru of Gwinnettt is in need of Sales Associates, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Counter Consultants. Subaru of Gwinnett has been in business for 20 years.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Loaner Vehicle process with Advisors and Clients

Utilize Loaner Vehicle software program (TSD) to issue and monitor loaner usage

Perform audits to maintain inventory and vehicle location verification

Notify Advisors of adverse loaner condition or extensive time on loan

Report to Service Manager, any misuse or damage to loaners

Provide and promote the Subaru Love Promise at every available opportunity with clients and staff

Warmly welcome and greet all service clients in a timely manner in the main service drive. You are our ambassador; your charm is clearly evident in everything you do and/or say. Maintain a professional personal appearance and work space

Actively listen to our clients and their needs and interpret body language and tone in order exceed client’s expectations

Engage in the process to make our dealership better for our clients and our co-workers

Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience

High Manufacturer customer satisfaction survey scores is a must

Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or the equivalent

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

All applicants must have a clean driving record and must be insurable

LANGUAGE SKILLS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical demands include: constantly position body and move in order to greet clients and inspect vehicles, detect and identify vehicle issues and shop safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion

Work is conducted inside, outside, and in a shop environment in proximity to moving vehicles, mechanical equipment, with occasional exposure to chemicals, and moderate to loud noise levels.
